The ranking, by Maryanne Murray Buechner, is not final but is open to contributions from readers who can influence the vote expressing a preference for the various sites on the list and categorized Arts & Leisure, Audio & Video, News & Information, Social Networks and Web Services. In 2006, the same Buechner published a list of "25 Sites we canâ € ™ t Live Without" by affirming the success of sites like Amazon.com, BBC.co.uk, Citysearch.com, Craiglist.org, Del.icio.us.
